Heartland Builders Groundbreaking Ceremony

Heartland Builders is a one-of-a-kind, on-your-lot, custom-home builder serving Grand Rapids, Holland, the Lakeshore, and much of West Michigan for the past 26 years. Our process is Easy, Fun, and Fast(er) than you think! Heartland Builders began building spec homes in 1997 in Greenville, Michigan. As they progressed to building custom homes, they built in Belding, Rockford, Ada, and Lowell. Before they knew it, they had expanded their service map to all of West Michigan because that’s where their clients asked them to build their dream homes.

Heartland Builders is proud of how they’ve evolved, and are especially proud that their core focus has remained the same as it has always been……To inspire their clients.
