With 20+ years in healthcare and HR, she blends humor, heart, and no-BS coaching to spark real leadership growth. A SHRM-CP, ICF-PCC, and Certified Executive Career Coach, Shaina brings credentials—and credibility—to every stage.

She serves on the boards of Visser YMCA and MichCDA and believes leadership is personal, powerful, and way easier with the right mindset. Outside of work, she’s into salsa dancing (and eating), triathlons, and dodging yardwork like a pro.

Wake Up West Coast brings together Chamber members every month for networking, to hear and learn about business best practices from fascinating leaders from around the country and within our own community. Each month features coffee and networking time followed by a delicious breakfast buffet and a featured guest speaker. We hope to see you there!
