With over 30 years of experience in learning, leading, and listening, David VanderMolen founded a unique change agency, Inspired 2 Change, in 2022, to equip leaders, empower people, curate organizational cultures, and elevate educators. As an organizational change agent, David designs customized learning experiences, facilitates transformative moments, and delivers motivational keynotes through storytelling and self-disclosure to provoke profound personal and professional growth.
