Executive Beauty Suites was founded in 2018 in Seattle, Washington by Laycee Gwyther and is now celebrating the grand opening of its first franchise location in Holland, Michigan. Locally, the Holland location is led by CEO Shelley Frody and Manager Judy Vanderstelt.

At its core, Executive Beauty Suites is built on the power of relationships—fostering growth through meaningful conversations, strong partnerships, and clear agreements. The company uniquely blends education with business ownership, empowering beauty professionals to operate within a suite-based model designed for independence and success.

Through high-level training, mentorship, and support, they equip professionals with the tools they need to elevate their craft, step into entrepreneurship, and confidently build their own businesses. Their mission is centered on helping individuals achieve both financial stability and greater time freedom, while redefining what it means to thrive in the beauty industry.
