ASP.NET Full Stack Developer


Responsible for executing customer needs and goals into working applications. Comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. Ultimately, the role of the Full Stack Software Engineer is to build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical design.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Working alongside team to complete features using FreedomDev’s software development life cycle
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
  • Documentation
  • Design Reviews
  • Estimating
  • Providing customer support
  • Executing to team metrics
  • Develop SQL scripts, tables, views, stored procedures, functions, triggers, constraints, etc.
  • Analyzing and understanding existing code
  • Optimizes database performance using database performance tuning techniques and tools
  • Understanding and implementing customer requirements
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity
  • Writing clean, functional code on the front-end, back-end, and database
  • Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues
  • Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design


ASP.NET C# MVC / .NET Core applications utilizing:

  • JavaScript/jQuery
  • Bootstrap
  • CSS3
  • SASS
  • HTML5
  • Microsoft SQL Server, utilizing stored procedures

We utilize Visual Studio Online for source control (git), and code reviews.


Must Have:

  • Extensive experience in some of the following: C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Experience with SQL databases, specifically MS SQL
  • Experience with Relational Database Design
  • Experience with responsive HTML / CSS design
  • Understanding of how the web works and its underlying communication protocols
  • Experience with Git
  • Experience with cross-browser compatibility and cross-platform testing
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively and positively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Advanced critical thinking skills
  • A passion for working for clients and helping them achieve their goals
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of data structures, design patterns, OOP, and modular code.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in native mobile app development or Flutter
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure

Education / Experience:

  • College degree preferred in IT or Computer Science
  • 2+ years’ experience in software development

  • United States
  • Must have current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship
