Job Overview

We are currently looking for a B2B eCommerce Lead to join our Marketing team. This role may be remote or based out of Holland, MI.

As a B2B eCommerce Lead, you will:

Apply a deep knowledge of digital channels, platforms and processes to respond to evolving customer and business requirements across the customer journey, globally. You will develop, define, manage and communicate a robust digital operational strategy and roadmap that aligned with overall business goals, meets customer needs and contributes to achieving key performance measures. You will be responsible for executing the strategic B2B eCommerce and eProcurment activities for Haworth brands and geographies.

Do you have these required qualifications?

  • Bachelor’s degree OR 1 year of B2B eCommerce/eProcurement experience for every 1 year of education in lieu of bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience with B2B eCommerce/eProcurement.
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Do you have these preferred qualifications?

  • Experience with Ariba, Jagger or Punch out 2 go. 
  • Experience working in a global, matrix organization
  • Prior experience replatforming B2B eCommerce solution.

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

  • Experience and digital literacy in adapting to new or reinvented digital business models.
  • Strong operations and execution focus with project and program management experience, or experience managing teams of project managers.
  • Proven experience working and leading Agile processes.
  • Customer focused and data-driven mindset.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to navigate and work in a highly matrixed environment with a flexible and collaborative approach.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization, and the nuances of regional digital needs and opportunities.
  • Experience in UX/UI/CX/EX, brand, digital marketing, CDP's, CRM, and coding preferred.
