Job Overview

We are currently looking for a B2C Customer Service/CX Specialist to join our B2C Department, this position is fully remote working Tuesday-Saturday from 8am-5pm PST.


As a B2C Customer Service/CX Specialist, you will:

Proactively addresses issues and concerns for organization’s B2C customers. Work with B2C team as well as cross-functionally to ensure a positive customer experience. Capture metrics and report on analytics that capture the customer experience and utilizes these to recommend process improvements.

Do you have these required qualifications?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years experience in a customer facing role

Do you have these preferred qualifications?

  • Retail experience preferred

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

  • Requires creative thinking and and strong communication skills. Demonstrated strong collaborator with superior verbal and written communication skills.Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and manage a project end-to-end with an ability to constantly prioritize.
  • Capable of handling multiple details simultaneously and able to easily move between strategic and tactical work.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude with an ability to manage and resolve conflict with ease.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency.
  • Proven history of moving ideas from ideation through execution. 
  • Ability to work cross functionally, influence without direct authority and utilize creative problem solving to hit objectives and tight timelines. 
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical mindset with experience with analytics.
