Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Configuration Data Technician I to join our team in Holland, MI.  

 

As a Configuration Data Technician I, you will:

Process Change Orders for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) system data changes.  This includes, but is not limited to, creation and maintenance of product and Bill of Material (BOM) data and associated product configuration structures and movement of data from development environments to production environments.  Maintain drawing/part number database in OnLine Parts System (OLPS) with additions and deletions.  Maintain Engineering Specifications (ESs).

Do you have these required qualifications?

  • Bachelor's degree in technology/engineering, or management information systems; or 1 year of MRP experience for each year of school uncompleted in lieu of bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship. 

Do you have these preferred qualifications?

  • 1+ years of experience using ERP and/or MRP Systems
  • Experience using SAP Variant Configuration, Price Conditions or Sales Order Bills.
  • Experience using BOM and product configuration.
  • Data modeling knowledge and experience.

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

  • Knowledge of procedures required for efficient product documentation setup.
  • Basic understanding of Haworth’s product lines preferred.
  • Proven success with creative approach to problem solving and development of effective solutions.
