Position Status: Full-time

Required Skills/Qualifications: 

-High school diploma or equivalent 

-Ability to read, write and communicate in an effective manner 

-Minimum 2 years as Nuvar CS Rep or Equivalent experience 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Provide back up to Production Assistant/Scheduler. 

•Handle all communication with customer. 

•Order Entry. 

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Primary contact person for answering phone and greeting visitors. 

• Assist the shipping department with processing shipments. 

• Recognizes potential issues and is proactive in resolving them. 

• Be an active participant in the Continuous Improvement Program. 

• Takes the initiative in being cross trained within and outside of the department.
