Job Overview

We are currently looking for an eCommerce Product and Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team.

Position Location: Holland MI or remote.  


As an eCommerce Product and Marketing Associate you will:


Be responsible for day-to-day activities of Business to Consumer (B2C) eCommerce channels, assisting with sales growth and improvement of target key performance indicators for optimal customer experience. Work with both internal and external partners to create and implement the execution of programs.

Do you have these required qualifications?

  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years of digital and/or marketing experience working for direct to consumer brand or business, for each year of school uncompleted in lieu of bachelor's degree.
  • 1 additional year of e-commerce, digital and/or marketing experience working for direct to consumer brand or business.
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship

Do you have these preferred qualifications?

  • Prior retail experience.
  • Experience utilizing Google Analytics or other mobile/web analytics.
  • Experience working with or within outside agencies.
  • Experience working with Shopify

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

  • Ability to apply both creative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to analyze situations, identify and troubleshoot problems, recommend solutions using good judgment and decision-making,
  • Familiar with product planning, website merchandising, and eCommerce technologies landscape.
  • Ability to establish and maintain successful cross-functional relationships and collaborate closely with multiple teams.
  • Enthusiasm with the desire to work on an innovative team with a strategic focus of overall company growth.
  • Organized, attention to detail and proven track record of managing to deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to occasionally travel overnight to corporate offices.
