ExploreHope Academic Outreach - Program Administrator

Manage logistics, registration and publicity operations of ExploreHope academic outreach programs and Global Health initiatives. Responsible for policy tracking and cash flow management. Position is approximately equally responsible for both programs, but time allocation may vary at different times of the year at the direction of supervisors.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Management of program registration and summer logistics
  • Program cash flow management and reporting
  • Leadership of social media and publicity strategy
  • Participation with full staff on program delivery and growth
  • Student registration and program assistance
  • Particular assignments as set by the supervisors


Qualifications: 
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with managing program logistics
  • Experience with youth programs
  • Managerial and supervisory experience of students and volunteers
  • Flexible schedule and may have to work occasional weekends and evenings
  • Proficient in office productivity software
