Grants & Partnerships Manager
Position: Full Time, 40 hours weekly
Hours available Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm;
Some weekend or evening hours
Reporting to: Vice President of Development
Compensation: $48,000 - $58,000, depending on experience
Benefits: Full time positions are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package
About the Position
Reporting to the Vice President of Development, the Grants & Partnerships Manager is a new role that will join our Development team! Our Grants & Partnerships Manager will lead efforts in strengthening institutional partnerships and securing grant and foundation funding to help power Community Action House’s programs and services. This position will build onto an existing portfolio of private and government grant funding, and partner with the VP of Development to develop strategy around annual fundraising goals in the grant sector.
In addition to managing our grants portfolio, this position will play a leading role in managing our institutional relationships – including faith, corporate, and foundation partners. This includes stewarding new and existing partners, utilizing creativity and relationship building skills to continue to recruit volunteers into our pipeline, and secure in-kind and financial gifts. Working together with the VP of Development, our Grants & Partnerships Manager will build a model of managing relationships across program areas to ensure our partners are mission-aligned and continue to choose Community Action House as their partner of choice in Ottawa County.
