Position Details

Position: Part-time, Regular, 24 hours weekly

Reporting to: Assistant Director of Food Access

Compensation: $17-19, based on experience

Benefits: Part-time positions do not qualify for our benefits package

Position Term: This position is funded through a 2-year grant cycle, from Fall 2023 through Fall 2025. There is potential for position renewal based on new funding and partnership acquisition. 

About the position

Community Action House is seeking a Healthy at Home Coordinator to join us! The Healthy at Home Coordinator will work to increase healthy eating and living, especially among marginalized and low income service populations. The Coordinator will be focused on supporting program participants in improving their overall health and wellness, and will plan and coordinate a robust direct service programming schedule, enhance healthy cooking and nutritional learning among our membership, and extend nutrition focused programming throughout our community.
