Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Mockup Account Specialist to join our team in Holland, MI.
 

As a Mockup Account Specialist, you will:
 

Serve as main resource for Best in Class dealer customers, providing world-class customer service, on all mockup inquiries/issues, including, but not limited to, quality order processing, customer service, project/installation alignment, shortages, and product shipment.  Plan, track, and control projects by developing project plan with deliverables, timelines, and issues list.  Coordinate with dealers and internal resources/stakeholders, including Production, to ensure on-time delivery and flawless execution of mockup orders.  Provide proactive service on issues that would adversely impact mockup installation schedules and respond within required time frames to meet clients’ needs.  Support both service/transportation and corrections management function.  Serve as mentor/coach for lower-level team members and subject matter expert.

Do you have these required qualifications?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related field, liberal arts, or equivalent combination of education and job-specific work experience
  • Three years of experience in non-transactional customer service role

Do you have these preferred qualifications?

  • Experience in business and/or manufacturing environment strongly preferred
  • Experience working with Systems Applications Processes (SAP) software highly desired
  • Experience working with Haworth mockup order process 
  • Haworth product install knowledge
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequently shifting priorities

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

  • Proven experience in providing excellent customer service which includes effectively exceeding customer needs, building proactive customer relationships, taking responsibility for and following through to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve service levels.
  • Excellent verbal, written and listening skills, presentation, problem solving, negotiation, leadership skills.
  • Broad technical, organizational skills and project management skills with good attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn how installation process works with Haworth products. 
  • Ability to adapt to change and learn quickly.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines to quickly assess and respond to customer requirements.
  • Strong business acumen with proven decision-making skills, including root cause identification, method selection, and data analysis as it relates to customer satisfaction, quality (product or service) cost containment, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to travel overnight away from corporate offices, including internationally, up to 15 percent of time.
