Position Details

Position: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Hours available: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm;

Some weekend or evening hours needed on occasion

Reporting to: Program Director

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annual salary, depending on experience

Benefits: Full time positions are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package

We’re seeking a team leader who will invest in our team and is excited to help our community build financial literacy, create financial stability, while growing and securing future assets.

As our Opportunity Program Manager, you’ll support our Financial Wellness, Guest Services, and Resource Navigation teams with an innovative approach to problems, a passion for process, and desire to empower a team of direct services workers. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a team, provide supervisory oversight of current programs, and provide insight and implement new programming initiatives designed to meet guest needs.
