Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Project Management Supervisor to join our team in Holland, MI.


As a Project Management Supervisor, you will:


Supervise Customer Service Project Management Team, along with individually managing projects, by providing leadership through planning, managing, coordinating, and monitoring resources for dealers/customers with complex (multi stage, floor, and/or product) projects.  Ensure Project Management Team projects are delivered and meet customer objectives, within planned schedule, budget, and avoidance of extra costs, resulting in optimal installation and customer satisfaction through end-to-end ownership of all processes.  Utilize customer project forecast data from CRM to aide in large project demand planning. Serve as single point of contact for dealers, providing project management excellence through management of best in class people, processes, and services.  Ensure team is meeting or exceeding all stated goals and objectives and working efficiently as lean organization, utilizing Haworth Management System (HMS) tools.

Do you have these required qualifications?

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years customer service experience supporting a manufactured product, including 2 years supervisory and 3 years project management experience.
  • Planning Experience
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time (within US and Canada)

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

  • Proven leadership within team-oriented environment; ability to motivate others to achieve expected results.
  • Demonstrated skills in planning, monitoring, and delivering highest level of customer project management, including coordinating and resolving complex issues.
  • Demonstrated conflict management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and quickly assess and respond to internal and external customer requirements.
  • Strong data-gathering and problem-solving skills.


Do you have these preferred qualifications?

  • MBA preferred
  • PMP Certificate Preferred
  • Experience in construction management preferred
  • Experience utilizing SAP
