We are currently looking for a SCRUM Master / Business Analyst to join our team in Holland, MI.
As a SCRUM Master / Business Analyst, you will:
Support the Haworth Digital team within the marketing organization and automation of cross-channel digital communication platforms. Perform a blend of business analyst work, defining clear requirements for the development team as well as acting as an Agile Scrum Master. Effectively manage a high-quality backlog of work to the development team.
Do you have these required qualifications?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent.
- Three years’ experience with Scrum/Kanban Methodologies
- Three years’ experience serving as the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and/or Business Analyst
Do you have these preferred qualifications?
- Experience in serving as a Scrum Master and/or having a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
- Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence
- Ability to lead stakeholder teams to define and write user stories/epics, identify dependencies, and design optimal solutions
- Flexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and people
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Experience working in a studio / human centered design approach
- Demonstrated project management skills and understanding with focus on delivery of results using Agile practices.
