Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team in Holland, MI. As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will: 

Implement compensation plans and programs that attract and retain talent, drive business results, and reward employees, consistent with Haworth’s overall reward strategy. Be responsible for supporting the company compensation philosophy and practices including job evaluation and market pricing, survey participation, annual and quarterly processes and data analysis. Collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders such as HR business partners, HR Information Systems, Talent Acquisition, and other compensation team members.

Do you have these required qualifications?

Bachelor’s degree.

5 years of compensation experience.

Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Ability to work in Holland, MI with relocation assistance.

Do you have these preferred qualifications?

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.

Experience working for a manufacturing company.

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

Advanced Excel skills and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications.

Demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to understand and manipulate data, understand complex job information and conduct job analysis.

Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Equal Pay Act and Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act.

Demonstrated integrity in handling HR information.

Experience with compensation systems.
