Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Time and Attendance Information Systems (IS) Analyst II to join our team in Holland, MI. This role does have remote options available, but would require occasional, project-dependent visits to Holland, MI. 

As a Time and Attendance IS Analyst II, you will:

Be part of a team that will play an instrumental role in moving the HR Systems strategy forward. Develop and enforce standards for Human Resources (HR) data integrity and quality. Design and maintain Payroll and Time and Attendance systems. Implement processes to ensure accurate time collection, paychecks, and dashboards and maximize workforce utilization. Provide real-time information to plant leadership about their workforce. Ensure system performance and report capability, assists with resolving data input issues, and provides on-going system training for HR members. Handle array of highly sensitive and confidential information with highest degree of integrity.

Do you have these required qualifications?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Information Systems
  • 3 years of information systems (experience utilizing systems to write reports, mine data, provide transactional problem-solving to correct data integrity and quality issues caused by technology and business process issues) AND/OR 3 years Payroll/Time and Attendance experience.


  • Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Information Systems
  • 7 years of information systems AND/OR 7 years payroll/time and attendance experience.


  • If no degree, 11 years of information systems AND/OR 11 years payroll/time and attendance experience.


  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States with or without sponsorship.

Do you have these preferred qualifications?

  • Experience with HR Systems such as; Kronos, WorkForce, ADP and SuccessFactors.
  • Intermediate to advanced techniques in Excel (lookups, pivots, data manipulation, data macros, advanced dashboarding)
  • Payroll systems (WorkForce/ADP) experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with reporting systems such as Power BI or Business Objects or Crystal Reports.
  • Experience working within an HR department.

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of relational database software; ability to run and develop complex reports and queries.
  • Demonstrated integrity in handling confidential, HR information.
  • Good working understanding/knowledge of overall HR processes and transactions.
  • Excellent PC and keyboard/mouse skills required.
  • Ability to occasionally travel overnight away from corporate offices, including internationally.
