Arts Council Presents Merry, Merry Month of May

The Holland Arts Council is excited to invite you to drop in for the Merry month of May. The galleries will be full of fun free crafts to make and take.

Crafts will include origami tulips and leaves, pansy pressed flowers, window clings, tulip stamp making, marble roll art, 6-ft distance friendship painting, and 3D tulips and leaves. The Arts Council drop-in hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:30 am - 12:30 pm and Saturdays 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.

In addition to drop-in crafts, on Saturday, May 8th there will be a free book reading of The Windmill Hunters written and illustrated by Tim Irving. Children are also encouraged to sign up for a hand-building ceramics class from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm for $25 with instructor Sarah Irvin.

The Arts Council is sponsored in part by The Michigan Council for Arts and Culture and The National Endowment for The Arts. Support is largely provided by private donations, local underwriters, art sales, and educational outreach programming.
