Free Colon Cancer Screening Event
Join us for a FREE colon cancer screening event using a BLOOD test (Guardant SHIELD)!
March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of early detection. Did you know that colorectal cancer is the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the U.S.? However, with regular screening, it is one of the most preventable and treatable cancers when detected early. We will be offering the Guardant SHIELD colon cancer screening—a simple blood test performed in our office. This test has been approved as a first-line screening option for colon cancer and provides a convenient alternative to traditional screening methods.
To support early detection, we are excited to offer a FREE Colon Cancer Screening event, open to both our patients and their friends and family.
Eligibility for Free Screening
To qualify at no cost, participants must:
Be 65 – 84 years old
Have Medicaid Insurance (straight or advantage plan)
Be 65 – 84 years old
Have Medicaid Insurance (straight or advantage plan)
Be of low or average colon cancer risk

How to Register

On the day of the screening, participants will need to bring a photo ID and their insurance card.
