I've felt the weight of a team that isn't quite clicking, the frustration of a plan that's never fully executed, and the exhaustion of being the person everything runs through. That kind of perspective is something no certification can teach, and it's what I bring into every session.

As an EOS Implementer, I work alongside leadership teams to bring clarity to where they're going, build the discipline needed to get there, and develop the kind of trust and cohesion that makes a leadership team genuinely strong.

I do this work because I've seen what's on the other side, and it's worth it. A business that runs with intention. A team that's aligned and accountable. An owner who's reclaimed the freedom that made them start this in the first place. That's the outcome I'm working toward with every client, every day.

Before becoming an EOS Implementer, Barb spent her career working with business leaders and their teams, coaching them on how to better their business. With over 20 years of experience in business transformation, strategic planning, and merger integration, she fell in love with the impact of helping others grow and turnaround their businesses.  All the while using EOS tools and concepts without realizing it yet.

Seeing the need for this work, Barb decided to embrace her passion!  She started her own business to help leaders like you break through the ceiling whenever you hit one, being your guide along the way, and teaching you tools to help you reach your full potential. 

However, Barb had also discovered that being your own boss and running your own company is really hard work, which comes with a lot of pressure and stress.  Always curious and wanting to improve herself to add value to her clients, Barb discovered and implemented EOS in her own business. 

Seeing real results for herself and over 10,000 businesses globally running on EOS, she decided to become a Professional EOS Implementer to help her clients get real, simple, results for their business.

Randy provides vision, leadership and extensive knowledge to guide NuVescor confidently towards its goals. He first experienced the M&A industry when he decided to purchase a business through a business broker. Later, as he worked closely with an M&A advisory firm to sell that business, Randy saw true value in working to fulfill dreams through successful business ownership transitions. As he worked at a few firms over the next five years, Randy began developing his own unique process and experienced great success. Randy founded Rua Associates in 2010, and in 2016 he and his wife and business partner, Tami, decided to purchase NuVescor and apply Rua’s successful process to NuVescor’s clients, seeing immediate results.

Randy has a BS in Engineering from Calvin College and an MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California. He is a Certified Business Appraiser through the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, a Certified Exit Planning Advisor through the Exit Planning Institute, and a Certified Advisor for the Value Builder System. In addition, Randy has served as an adjunct professor at Calvin College and Grand Valley State University.
