Known for her love of lists and organization, she thrives on turning chaos into calm. Jess also has a knack for crafting marketing strategies, with a specific passion for local shops and nonprofits. Outside of the office, you’ll find her balancing life as a proud mom of two, sneaking in Kindle time, or running 5Ks.

Mark was born and raised in West Michigan and received a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking in 2006. Prior to founding Envizion IT, he spent 10 years as Director of IT at Innotec, mastering his skills in the manufacturing world, and 5 years as a member of the IT Managers Association (ITMA) steering committee. Passionate about giving back to his community and the world, Mark serves on the boards of two local organizations: iCademy Global, a tuition-free virtual school where he serves as President of the Board of Education, and EmployHope, a non-profit that works to create job opportunities for Haitians where he serves on the Board of Advisors.
