About The Speakers:
Sandy Andre is an Associate in Miller Johnson’s employment and labor section. She counsels a diverse group of employers and human resource practitioners on a full spectrum of employment-and labor law related legal issues. These range from matters of occupational safety and health, wage and hour law, employment discrimination, disabilities and accommodation, discipline and termination, hiring, and workplace harassment.
Nate Caverly is an Associate at Miller Johnson. His areas of practice are business counsel and employee benefits and executive compensation. Nate counsels business owners, benefits professionals and human resources personnel. He is committed to communicating with clients in a timely and user-friendly manner as well as keeping them updated on the issues that matter to them.
Brett Liefbroer is a Senior Counsel at Miller Johnson. His areas of practice are business counsel and employee benefits and executive compensation. Mr. Liefbroer supports business owners, benefits professionals and human resources personnel. He is committed to communicating with clients in a timely and user-friendly manner as well as keeping them updated on the issues that matter to them. His work primarily focuses on the health and welfare area and includes: Health plans, Welfare plans, and Wellness programs.
Bridget McConville is an Associate in the employment practice group where she counsels clients on employee-related matters and disputes. Bridget works with employers on issues involving disabilities and accommodation, employee handbooks and personnel policies, employment discrimination, management and employee training, wage and hour, and workplace harassment. She handles traditional labor work in both the private and public sectors. Her areas of expertise include collective bargaining, labor arbitration, unfair labor practice procedures, and more.
