Join us to celebrate the new location and merger of BVW Property Management. A ribbon cutting will be held on Wednesday, June 22 at 10:00 am. 

BVW began serving West Michigan in 2007. In addition to acquiring a portfolio of properties in Grand Rapids in May of 2021; to date, 2022 has been one of the most expansive and exciting years! In December 2021, BVW acquired Esstee Real Estate Management, dramatically expanding our commercial properties, condo and HOA operations. In March 2022 BVW acquired Unsalted Vacation, drastically increasing the number of short-term vacation rentals we are able to offer, spanning from South Haven to Manistee. The intent of merging these two companies into BVW is to create a unified team and utilize best practices to provide the highest quality property management services to our clients.
