Geerlings Development + KJK Groundbreaking Ceremony

Geerlings Development and KJK developers will be celebrating the Groundbreaking for Lakewood Place Apartment Village located at 275 E. Lakewood Blvd. in Holland.

This project will total 196,150 total SF, eight building multi-family with a club house plus a mixed-use building consisting of approximately 10,000 SF of Retail / Commercial Space. The project will deliver 190 residential apartment units to the Holland area (One & Two-Bedroom). Midwest Construction Group and Rockford Construction are the construction partners for this project.
