Macatawa Resource Center Community Kitchen Ribbon Cutting

The Macatawa Area Resource Center invites you to be part of an exciting new addition to the Holland community: the grand opening of the Macatawa Community Kitchen, a collaborative culinary space located within the Macatawa Resource Center.

The Macatawa Community Kitchen is designed to support local food entrepreneurs by providing a shared, professional kitchen where small businesses can grow, innovate, and bring new flavors to our community. This space will serve as a hub for creativity and opportunity, helping emerging culinary ventures take the next step.

As the doors open, the kitchen will welcome several talented local vendors and small businesses, each bringing unique concepts and diverse cuisine to Holland. One of the businesses launching in the space is Fusion Cuisine LLC, a ghost kitchen concept offering a creative blend of Chinese, Mexican, and American flavors owned and operated by Cristobal “Cris” Barajas.

Together, these entrepreneurs will help make the Macatawa Community Kitchen a vibrant food destination and a place where local talent and community connection come together.
