PowerStrength Training Systems is a 100% locally and family-owned Personal Training and Sports Performance company celebrating the opening of its 5th facility - in Holland!

Since 2011, PowerStrength has been dedicated to creating a stronger community through results-driven, personal training and performance programs.

PowerStrength helps athletes 4th grade and up, of all sports and ability levels, become faster, stronger, and more confident.

Their Adult Personal Training program is specifically tailored to guide men and women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s toward their fitness and lifestyle goals.

Each program is led by an expert trainer in a small-group environment. PowerStrength ensures that every program is customized to each member’s goals, fitness level, and experience level through hands-on, personalized coaching.
