Courageous Communication: Grow Your

Impactful Influence

Featuring Guest Speaker, Robert Heath

Learn to be a standout leader and communicator in today's fast-paced world! Navigating the nuanced corridors of modern leadership requires more than just ambition—it demands clarity, conviction, and the ability to communicate with impact. This program dives into the art of powerful communication, teaching you to lead with confidence and earn respect, even if you're not at the top. We've created a unique blend of expert knowledge and actionable strategies that are easy to grasp and apply in real life. This isn't just another presentation; it's your stepping stone to becoming a transformative leader and communicator.

Communication goes beyond just the words we use, constituting less than 10% of our overall interaction. Additionally, the work environments we inhabit exert considerable influence on our daily communication dynamics. These factors can pose challenges for even the most well-intentioned and articulate individuals. If we want to build teams that are able to perform at their best and are showing up fully without having to tiptoe around difficult conversations, then we must understand how to cultivate environments that foster effective, courageous communication. Equally important is the ability to mend conversations when they inevitably deviate from their intended course. Join us in exploring these essential skills for creating positive and constructive communication environments.

After this session, participants will be able to….

  • Identify the 3 significant challenges to communication
  • Implement the 5 Pillars of the Courageous Communication Framework
  • Improve Personal Communication Effectiveness
