Featuring Guest Speaker Rodger Price, Owner/Founder, Leading by DESIGN
Join us as we welcome Rodger Price, who will share Leading by DESIGN's understanding of what makes people willing to fully engage and follow some leaders and not others. Roger will also share the five key areas that make up a leader's unique design. You will be challenged to look at your own design in the session and also beyond.
About Rodger Price
Rodger considers himself one part engineer, one part businessman, and many parts coach and teacher. After more than a decade as a mechanical engineer, Rodger shifted from developing world class automotive products to developing amazing leaders. He spent the next twenty years in executive development for a variety of organizations: Prince/Johnson Controls, Twisthink, Courageous Leadership, and the Reformed Church in America. Rodger rediscovered his passion for developing business leaders in West Michigan, which led him to start Leading by DESIGN in 2014.
Wondering what to expect at the event?
Wake Up West Coast brings together Chamber members every month for networking, to hear and learn about business best practices from fascinating leaders from around the country and within our own community. Each month features coffee and networking time followed by a delicious breakfast buffet and featured guest speaker. We hope to see you there!

If you’ve attended a recent Chamber program and later test positive for COVID-19, please let us know. We will continue to follow the latest guidance from the CDC and the Ottawa County Department of Public Health and will adjust these measures in the future as needed.
