Hawkeye Kids Summer Support Staff - Multiple Positions
Job Summary: Hamilton Community Schools is seeking an individual to serve as Hawkeye Kids summer childcare staff member.
Location: Sandyview Learning Center
Reports To: Before & After School Childcare Coordinator
FLSA STATUS: Nonexempt
Hourly Pay Rate: $15.33/hour
Hours:
- Monday-Friday
- 6 hour shift within the 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM time frame (Maximum of 30 hours per week)
Start Date: June 15
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervise and support children as directed by the site supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 17 years of age (high school students may apply)
- Must maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Experience working with children preferred
- Have a caring, patient, flexible demeanor
- Regular, predictable attendance
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must receive background check, and additional onboarding training requirements as outlined by LARA.
