We’re looking for Seasonal Furniture Installer(s) to join our installation team during peak project seasons.

Position Overview

As a Seasonal Furniture Installer, you’ll help deliver, assemble, and install educational furniture at customer sites. This is a hands‑on, team‑oriented role that requires physical work, attention to detail, and a professional attitude while working directly with customers.

This is an hourly, seasonal position reporting to the Director of Operations, with eligibility for paid time off and benefits.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver, stage, assemble, and install furniture onsite
• Load and unload furniture, equipment, and materials
• Use hand tools such as cordless drills and socket sets
• Read installation paperwork and furniture plans
• Communicate with your job lead and teammates throughout the day
• Represent Dew‑El professionally at customer locations
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical work
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Preferred: Experience installing or assembling furniture (training available)
• Carpentry or mechanical experience is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Schedule & Travel

• Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Occasional evenings, weekends, and overnight travel (1–2 weeks max)

Pay & Benefits

• $18-22/hour
• Paid time off and benefits available
• Seasonal position with potential for additional work based on performance and business needs
