Enza Design Studio is growing, and we’re looking for a Studio Operations Coordinator to join our team.

This is not an interior design role, but it is a key role in bringing beautiful, intentional spaces to life.

We’re looking for someone who thrives behind the scenes. Someone who loves systems, organization, problem-solving, and creating a seamless experience for both our clients and our team.

You’ll be the person who keeps the moving pieces moving.

What you’ll own:

• client experience + relationship management

• project correspondence + organization

• studio systems + process support

• vendor communication + coordination

• branded assets + administrative details

You might be our person if:

• your lists have lists

• you’re tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms

• you notice the details others miss

• you enjoy creating structure within a creative environment

• your natural response is “consider it handled”
