Warner Welcomes Natashka W. Fris

Holland, Michigan, April 28, 2026 – Warner Norcross + Judd LLP has welcomed Natashka W. Fris as a senior counsel in its Holland office.

Fris has extensive experience in trusts and estates, family law and litigation. She counsels clients on wills, trusts and powers of attorney and represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested estate matters. Drawing on her entrepreneurial background and years leading a multimillion-dollar venture, she understands the needs and priorities of high-net-worth and business clients.

Prior to joining Warner, Fris worked at Cunningham Dalman, where she focused on estate planning and probate and trust disputes. Her work included drafting complex trust documents, preparing and arguing matters in probate and circuit court and handling contested estate proceedings. She also collaborated with corporate, real estate and tax counsel to develop integrated strategies for asset protection and wealth transfer.

Fris previously served as owner and in-house counsel for a global retail company, helping grow the business to more than $25 million in revenue. Earlier in her career, she founded a private practice focused on family law and estate planning, serving more than 200 clients, and also launched and operated a residential construction company.

Fris holds a bachelor’s degree and a law degree from the University of Michigan.

A native of South Carolina, Fris resides in Macatawa with her son, Cash.
