MUSKEGON, MI — Established businesses looking for practical resources, expert guidance, and connections to help them grow their business are invited to the second annual Lakeshore Business Growth Expo on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, from 3:00–6:00 PM at the Muskegon Innovation Hub.

The free event brings together business owners and professionals with entrepreneur support organizations, professional service providers, and other business leaders from across West Michigan. Attendees can get connected to the resources that address real business needs, learn from experts, and build relationships that can help move their businesses forward.

The Expo is organized by a coalition of entrepreneurial support organizations, including Muskegon Innovation Hub at Grand Valley State University, Michigan SBDC, SCORE Mentors Muskegon, City of Muskegon, Northern Initiatives, Left Coast Capital, and Greater Muskegon Economic Development.

 “Business owners are busy, and finding the right people and resources to help your business grow can take a lot of time,” said Jen Wakely, Assistant Director of Community and Programming at the Muskegon Innovation Hub at GVSU. “We created this event to make that easier. In one afternoon, you can meet the organizations that support small businesses, talk directly with professional service providers who can help solve real business needs, learn from experts, and connect with other professionals—all in one place. If you're serious about growing your business, this is an opportunity you don't want to miss.”

This year's informational sessions will focus on hot topics including: Marketing For Growth, AI-Powered Tools For Business, and Funding Your Growth: Exploring Capital Options.
