Briefly describe your process and timeline for adding new members: | HCT is a fully volunteer run, membership based organization with a hands on governing board dedicated to advancing our mission through active, collaborative leadership. Each year, we follow a structured nomination and election process to identify board candidates who bring passion, commitment, and practical skills. Prospective nominees first meet with our Nominations Committee to learn more about board expectations and share their experience and interest in serving. After this conversation, candidates submit a brief bio that is shared with the full membership, who then vote on the slate of nominees in July. | |
