Sandra Andre is an Associate in Miller Johnson’s employment and labor section. She counsels a diverse group of employers and human resource practitioners on a full spectrum of employment and labor law related legal issues. These range from matters of occupational safety and health, wage and hour law, employment discrimination, disabilities and accommodation, discipline and termination, hiring, and workplace harassment.
About The Speaker: Bridget McConville
Bridget McConville is an Associate in the employment practice group where she counsels clients on employee-related matters and disputes. Bridget works with employers on issues involving disabilities and accommodation, employee handbooks and personnel policies, employment discrimination, management and employee training, wage and hour, and workplace harassment. She has experience with drafting motions, drafting pleadings, analyzing legal issues, and conducting legal research.
