The second annual 3-hour summit will focus on Inclusivity and how we are stronger when we learn and grow together. Regardless of race, age, gender, ability, background, profession, and beyond, we each bring a unique and valuable perspective. Our vision is to ensure that our community is a vibrant place to live, work and play. And for our community to achieve its true potential, we believe every citizen must be included in these conversations that contribute to our shared prosperity. 

This challenging, yet highly energizing event will inspire us all to actively work towards a better understanding of one another, participate in constructive dialogue, and commit to actions which produce a more inclusive community and economy.
