The West Coast Chamber invites you to join us for our first Washington D.C. Fly-In trip, tentatively scheduled for March 19-21, 2024. This trip to our nation’s capital will allow participants to engage in vital discussions regarding the important issues impacting our business community with our congressional delegation and other federal officials. This is a must attend event for those interested in ensuring West Michigan’s voice is heard. 

During our time in DC, we will meet with Members of Congress, federal officials, and key federal agencies to share details on what’s important to our area’s business community.  The agenda will be customized to ensure speakers and topics align with the top priorities and areas of interest for our attendees.  Optional tours will be available to round out your time in DC.   

Trip dates and agenda will be confirmed when the congressional calendar is released in December. Join our list to stay up to date on trip details as they become available. Note: this is not a commitment to attend the program, rather an opportunity to learn more. Formal registration information will be sent to those on our list in early January 2024.
