Since she was a little girl, Kristie always had Integrator tendencies, but her fearless leadership and steadfast dedication to fostering meaningful relationships can be attributed to Kristie’s lifelong hero and mother-figure, Mimi, her grandmother who raised her alongside Kristie’s father. It was Mimi who asked Kristie, “Are you doing what you really want to do? Is this what you are meant to do?” These two questions led Kristie down a path of self-exploration and value identification. These two questions guided Kristie to exactly where she was meant to be.
