• Social Media
  • Brand Reputation Management
  • Take lead on TikTok, Instagram, etc. for content review and engagements
  • Create videos, influencer campaigns, and track/report on their effectiveness
• SEM & SEO
  • Execute and Optimize Display and Video Campaigns
  • Develop reporting template using a SEO analytics platform
  • Continue education with the team on our social media platforms, blogs, and journals to continuously make improvements

Qualifications & Candidate Attributes:

• Currently pursuing an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Previous internship experience a plus
• Technical savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• High level of integrity and dependability

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Participate in team meetings and projects to enhance processes, innovation, drive company measurables, and learn about the organization
• Support team in meeting team objectives by owning or assisting with various projects
• Track progress on work and projects in order to provide updates to management as needed
• Attend program lunch-and-learn sessions and other learning and development opportunities to grow professionally and learn about the Tommy’s brand
• To conclude your internship you will prepare a presentation to showcase your work to others within the internship program and team members company-wide
