Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Intern

Request Foods, Inc. is seeking a college student to fill an intern position in the Finance Department for the summer of 2026. The FP&A Intern will primarily assist with the Company’s annual budget preparation but may also help with ad-hoc accounting/finance projects. This internship is designed to provide exposure to real-world business challenges and foster professional development, in alignment with both organizational objectives and the intern’s learning goals. This position will report to the Director of Finance and is an onsite role in Holland, MI.

Responsibilities:

• Create budget templates and schedules to assist departments with budget preparation
• Develop financial models and budget various expenses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department heads to gather information and provide insights
• Prepare review materials for the annual budget and monthly financials
• Contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements
• Ad-hoc projects

Required Qualifications/Education/Skill:

• Incoming junior or senior in an accredited undergraduate program, with a focus on finance and/or accounting
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
• Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excel proficiency including pivot tables, xlookup’s, etc.
• Authorized to work in the United States 

Work Hours & Duration

• 40 hours/week
• Internship duration is based on academic requirements and calendar.
