What You’ll Do
Royal Technologies is actively seeking a motivated part-time HR Intern to join our collaborative, “all-hands-on-deck” HR team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about recruiting and contributing to the dynamic, team-oriented environment where we succeed together. You’ll help drive our talent acquisition capabilities and support essential HR functions within a growing manufacturing facility. Job Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Assist the recruiting team with the full-lifecycle recruiting process (posting jobs, reviewing resumes/application, scheduling interviews, completing initial screens, making job offers and onboarding).
Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Help source potential candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc to review resumes and applications.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), CATS, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
Onboarding Assistance: Ensure all candidates “cross the finish line” by monitoring progress in the post-offer employment steps (drug screen/physical, background check, etc.)
Recruitment Marketing: Assist recruiting team in creating engaging, platform-specific content that highlights company culture and employment opportunities.
Other: Support other projects and functions within HR as needed.
What You’ll Bring
Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Admin or a related field
Previous recruiting experience is required
Hourly/manufacturing recruitment experience is preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work at least 15 hours/week with at least 1 day in-office.
