Accounting & ERP Specialist

We are looking for an Accounting and ERP Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a driven individual with a background in accounting and ERP systems to join our Business Operations team.

What you’ll get to do:

• Recognizing revenue at month end
• Inactivate and finalize projects
• Project issues resolution
• Deferred Revenue Reconciliation
• Journal Entries
• Customer deposits
• Bank Reconciliations
• System reporting requests; utilizing Power BI, system dashboards, and custom financial reports
• Other accounting and finance related process, accruals and reconciliations
• Other accounting, finance or system related tasks

What will make you successful:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 1-2 years of ERP system administration
• 2 years of experience with month end closing procedures  
• Experience in an ERP system preferred
• Previous employment in a consulting or manufacturing environment
• Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without sponsorship
