Customer Service Front Office Coordinator

We take pride in helping businesses and organizations communicate well through print, and we’re looking for someone who will help us deliver that same level of care from the front office.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the hub of our front office — helping keep daily operations running smoothly while ensuring every interaction is positive and professional.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing callers to the appropriate team member or department
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Process credit card payments and new customer credit applications
- Provide administrative support to our sales team, including converting prospects to customers, updating job information, and editing invoices
- Coordinate customer pick-ups and deliveries with our shipping department
- Organize and distribute incoming paperwork each morning Assist with special projects and provide additional administrative support as needed
What We’re Looking For
- A confident, engaging communicator — both on the phone and in person
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Docs, with comfort using basic math
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter who follows through and works well with minimal supervision
- A team player who is approachable, accountable, and solutions-oriented
