We’re looking for a Director of Programs & Partnerships — a vital leadership role at the Lakeshore Nonprofit Alliance (LNA), working alongside the Executive Director and Director of Membership to strengthen and support the nonprofit sector in West Michigan. This role combines external partnership-building with internal program execution, ensuring that LNA’s vision translates into meaningful initiatives and strong systems. The Director is both a thought partner and a stabilizer—helping shape ideas, seeing gaps, and ensuring consistent follow-through.
