Front of House / Retail Manager
This is a full time position 35-40 hours per week.
The individual we are looking for is:
• Honest, servant-minded, and & fully dependable
• Passionate, interested, and curious about food and ingredients
• Cheerful and willing to serve customers of any type with a smile
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Confident, clear communicator
• Eager to roll up their sleeves and tackle any project
Candidates must:
• Feel fully comfortable providing direction to other staff
• Be highly detail oriented and have strong intuition
• Be willing to adapt to the needs of the team
• Have some amount of relevant food service industry experience
• Have reliable transportation
• Work Saturdays
• Have exemplary customer service skills
Responsibilities Include:
• Overseeing our retail scoop shop and confectionery operations
• Providing exemplary customer service
• Inventory management
• Scheduling customer service staff
• Training new hires and ongoing staff education
