Job Overview:

Great Lakes Charcuterie is seeking an experienced and creative Lead Charcuterie Coordinator to prep and execute our catering services throughout West Michigan. This role involves designing beautiful charcuterie displays, all food and catering prep for events and display case to-go boards, managing catering orders, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about artisanal foods, visually and artistically inclined, creative, highly organized, and able to manage multiple events simultaneously. 

Key Responsibilities:

-Plan, prepare, and travel to assemble visually stunning and high-quality charcuterie boards and grazing tables.

-Maintain inventory of fresh and artisanal ingredients, ensuring quality and presentation standards.

-Coordinate with event venues and clients to ensure seamless execution of catering services onsite.

-Maintain food safety and sanitation standards throughout the preparation and delivery process. 

-Work hand in hand with Anna to ensure both parties are on the same page and working seamlessly on all events and orders 

Qualifications & Skills:

-Previous experience in catering, event planning, or food service management preferred.

-Strong knowledge of artisanal cheeses, cured meats, and complementary pairings.

-Excellent organizational and time management skills.

-Creative eye for food presentation and display design.

-Strong customer service and communication skills.

-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

-Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.

-Has a vehicle able to travel for catering events within an hour radius of Holland, MI.
