In the role of Member Experience Coordinator, you will serve as a key contributor to the daily operations of the Chamber. You’ll create a welcoming experience for all who interact with us—whether in person, online, or at an event—while helping ensure our team, facility, and systems are running smoothly behind the scenes. Our Core Values will come to life as you take on the following key responsibilities:
- Office & Member Experience: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and members, ensuring a professional, friendly, and helpful experience at every touchpoint.
- Administrative & Event Support: Provide behind-the-scenes coordination for Chamber programs, communications, meetings, and sponsorships—helping deliver seamless experiences to our members.
- Facility & Hospitality Oversight: Keep our space stocked, clean, and event-ready, while creating a welcoming environment for members, guests, team meetings, and programs.
- Data & Technology Coordination: Ensure the accuracy of member data, post member communications, and maintain internal systems to keep operations running smoothly.
- Board & Event Logistics: Support logistics for board meetings and Chamber events—from packet prep to hospitality—to help everything run on time and on brand.
