People Coordinator (Recruiting, Onboarding, and Benefits)

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Team member to join our corporate office team. This role will focus on recruiting, onboarding, and managing benefits for our Team members. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Recruiting:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and coordinate recruitment strategies.
    • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
    • Coordinate the hiring process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Onboarding:
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, and coordinating new hire orientation sessions.
    • Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
    • Provide support and guidance to new team members during their onboarding journey.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Administer team member's benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
    • Assist team members with benefit inquiries, enrollments, and changes.
    • Coordinate with benefit providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration of benefits.
  • Support and Compliance:
    • Maintain records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Support initiatives and projects as needed, such as performance management and employee relations.
    • Stay updated on trends and best practices to enhance departmental effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office roles with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
